TURBO: The heart of the Vado is its Turbo technology. This advanced and seamlessly integrated e-bike system offers an unparalleled combination of power, range, natural riding feel, a multifunctional bike computer and much more.
POWERFUL: It's you, only faster. The Turbo Full Power System senses how hard you are pedaling and increases your effort by a factor of 4. This makes every incline and every distance child's play.
COMFORTABLE AND SAFE: Your posture and handling are optimized to keep you comfortable and in control while riding. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes regulate your speed, while larger tires give you maximum grip when cornering and making quick stops.
SMOOTH: The 80 mm front suspension, the voluminous tires and the seat post suspension ensure that riding on the Vado is the smoothest part of your everyday life.
WELL SECURED: The Vado has effective anti-theft protection. At the push of a button, you can thwart potential bike thieves by deactivating the motor. Nobody can unlock the motor without your personal PIN or your smartphone with the Specialized app. You can also lock the battery in the frame or remove it and take it with you. And if someone tries to simply take your bike with them, the motion alarm goes off.
The motor supports you up to a speed of 25 km/h. At speeds above 25 km/h the motor switches off automatically.
- Turbo Full Power 2.0 Motor: The harmonious, smooth and quiet motor accelerates you to 25 km/h with the help of the 710 watt-hour battery, offering an incomparable riding experience. The internal control unit reacts to your pedaling power with an adapted support, ensuring an incredibly natural riding experience.
- MasterMind and Specialized App: The MasterMind display shows all the important data about your ride and allows you to adjust the motor support while you ride. The MasterMind interacts excellently with our Specialized app. This allows you to set the range, make advanced settings and check the system, among other things.
- Proven Smooth Efficiency: We have developed a special test procedure to filter out even the smallest irregularities in the motor performance for even more comfort. The resulting precision of our motors combined with a suspension seat post, wide tires and a suspension fork with 80 mm travel smooth the way for you.
- Turbo system lock: Use the Specialized app to lock the motor and activate the motion sensor. Once locked, the motor can only be unlocked by you.
- Fully integrated battery: The battery integrated in the down tube is easy to charge, can be locked for safety and can be removed if necessary.
- Equipment suitable for everyday use: The Turbo Vado is well equipped with DRYTECH mudguards, LED bike lights and our HD luggage rack. You can transport up to 27 kg of luggage on the luggage rack or mount a child seat. It is also suitable for towing trailers that are attached using quick release axles.
