1. FREE TAKE-BACK OF OLD BATTERIESConsumers are legally obliged to hand in all used batteries to retailers or other collection points. They do not belong in the household waste or even carelessly in the environment. This is also indicated by the symbol of the crossed-out garbage can on the batteries or on the packaging. If these are sufficiently stamped, you have the option of sending us the old batteries back to the following address: |

3. BATTERY SYMBOLS AND THEIR MEANING Batteries are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol above. Batteries with this symbol must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries that contain more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury, more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004% by mass of lead, the chemical name of the pollutant used is under the garbage can symbol - "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb " stands for lead, and "Hg" for mercury. |
