SAFECODE is an innovative product security system. Every bicycle receives a unique code – the so-called SAFECODE . This uniquely identifies you as the owner. Within seconds, it can be checked worldwide whether your bike has been reported missing.
WE code your bike for free
To ensure you can enjoy your new bike without any worries, we equip it with a unique SAFECODE before delivery. This way, after successful registration, you'll have all the relevant information, such as frame number, battery number, and other product details, conveniently located in one place.
What do you have to do?
- Register for free at www.safecode.de
- Enter invoice data – also possible after a theft
- Add bicycle under “My Account → Add Product”
- Done – your bicycle is protected!
Here's how it works
If the code is entered online – either manually or via QR code – a traffic light symbol indicates the current status:
- Green : Everything is fine, the bicycle has not been reported missing.
- Red : The bike has been reported stolen. The finder can contact you directly and report the find.
