At the Liquid-Life Service Centers , we service virtually all common manufacturers and bicycle types, from city and trekking bikes to gravel and racing bikes, as well as mountain bikes and e-bikes.
We have many years of experience with brands such as Santa Cruz , Specialized , Cube , Orbea , Cannondale , Trek , Haibike and many more. We also work across manufacturers and according to current service standards for components and accessories such as derailleurs, brakes, suspension systems and e-bike systems.
For Cube riders, we also offer specialized Cube workshops in Paderborn and Lippstadt . Here, the focus is on Cube-specific services, warranty and update work, as well as efficient processes thanks to brand-specific know-how and spare parts availability.

I need an appointment. How quickly can I get one?
The quickest way is via our online appointment booking system . There you can immediately see all available slots and secure your preferred appointment directly. You usually don't have to wait long at all: For inspections or major repairs, we typically have a short lead time of only 1 to 3 days . We look forward to seeing you!
Can I just drop by with a small repair?
Of course! For minor issues like changing a tire or tube, replacing brake pads, or minor drivetrain problems, feel free to drop by anytime . We can usually squeeze these jobs in and take care of them right away. And if we're a bit busy, we'll definitely find an appointment for you as soon as possible.
What is the status of my repair?
We'd love to keep you updated! Just send us a quick email or give us a call. It's quickest if you have your order number handy. But don't worry: if you can't find it right now, we can also quickly look up your status using the information you've stored.
Is my order ready for collection?
As soon as everything is ready, we'll automatically send you a text message . If you don't manage it on the first day, we'll send you a reminder after two days, just to be safe. If you're unsure about anything in the meantime, or if you haven't received a message, you can of course give us a quick call anytime!
What is the current lead time?
We're usually very quick! Our lead time is typically only 1 to 3 business days , even during peak season. You can always see the latest availability in our online booking system . Alternatively, you can of course give us a quick call, and we'll let you know immediately.
How does a lease inspection work?
It's really straightforward! If your lease agreement includes an inspection package, one inspection per year is usually subsidized according to your leasing company's terms and conditions. Simply book your appointment conveniently online , by email, or by phone. An important tip: Since we don't have your individual lease details on file, we'll need them from you for smooth processing. New bike warranty claim: who do I contact?
Don't worry, we're here to help! We're the right place for all your technical questions. Just let us know where you bought your bike. If you didn't buy it from us, but we're an authorized dealer for your brand, please bring your receipt . We can then easily sort everything else out together in person, by phone, or by email.
