With premium shipping, your noble vehicle travels protected from the rigors of transport and almost completely pre-assembled in a special bicycle box.

Our team optimally matches sensitive components such as brakes and suspension to the bike during assembly.

YOUR NEW BIKE READY TO RIDE IN 5 MINUTES!

Your bike will be pre-assembled by us and registered with our shipping partner Hellmann Logistics, who will send you a shipping confirmation by email after your bike has been picked up.

Small items, however, are shipped via DHL or DPD. Once we've dispatched your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your delivery at any time.

For our customers from Switzerland, we want to make the dream of owning a new bike as easy and comfortable as possible.

Before shipping, we register your bike with customs and carefully prepare it for delivery. As soon as we receive the customs documents, we hand your bike over to the shipping company, who will inform you of the delivery date via email.

The Swiss import tax must be paid directly to the shipping company.

We will refund the German VAT no later than 30 days after the end of the cancellation period, as soon as we receive the documents stamped by customs. Please send the complete documents to verkauf(at)liquid-life.de .

We offer fast and efficient standard express shipping for all your orders within the European Union. Please note that delivery times for countries outside Austria and the Benelux region can sometimes take two to four weeks.
