You want to return a bike?

Our return policy extends over a period of 30 days and only applies to unused bikes. You are welcome to take test rides as long as you cover less than 2 kilometers in total.

Packing your bike

Hand over the bike to the shipping company

After you have packed it safely, all you have to do is wait for the shipping company to drop off the bike.

Further information & procedure

  • The shipping company requires a lead time of 2 days for the service. For example: If you would like to arrange a pick-up appointment for Wednesday, Monday is your last chance to request the service for Wednesday.
  • It is not possible to pick up your goods after 2 pm.
  • Please allow a 3-hour window for the pick-up service to arrive. During this time, you should be at home and reachable by phone.
  • Your freight can be picked up at your preferred address.
  • Ideally, you should keep the shipping box until the end of the return period to facilitate returns and avoid having to order a new box for €20. Pack the goods well so they are not damaged during transit. Damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping can be claimed.
  • For return shipping with pick-up service, you will be charged a one-time fee of €69.90.
  • You will also be charged a one-time fee of €69.90 if the cancellation occurs after shipment.
  • Processing a return can take up to 14 days.

You want to return small items?

For returns of small items within Germany, you can create your own return label for orders over €50.00. Our return policy extends to 30 days.

4. Hand over the return shipment to DHL

After you have stuck the label on the package, you can take the return to a DHL shop of your choice.

5. Get your money back

As soon as we receive and inspect the return, you will receive the amount back within 14 days.

Return policy for small items, clothing & accessories

Return policy

You can return items to us within 30 days of receiving the goods .

A prerequisite for a withdrawal is that:

  • The goods are unused, unassembled and in their original delivery condition .
  • The complete scope of delivery will be returned.
    (e.g. accessories, screws, spare parts, cases, cloths)
  • There are no signs of use, assembly or wear.

Packaging & Returns

  • The return shipment must be packaged securely for transport.
  • The original packaging is not absolutely necessary , provided the goods are adequately protected.
  • Damage caused by unsuitable packaging may lead to the exclusion of returns.

Exclusion from returns

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • used, assembled or damaged items
  • soiled goods , provided the soiling did not already exist upon delivery
  • Special and individual orders
  • Safety-relevant items , as soon as they have been used

Clothing – special instructions

The following additional conditions apply to clothing items:

  • Shoes
  • Cleats must not be mounted
  • Insoles must not be cut.
  • Helmets
  • Only unused and undamaged helmets can be returned.
  • Helmets that have already been worn, are dirty, or are damaged are excluded.
    If a helmet arrives damaged or dirty , please inform us immediately.
  • Generally
  • Clothing must be returned clean, odor-free, and free of hair.
  • The complete scope of delivery (e.g., replacement lenses, cases, cloths) is mandatory.

Parts & Accessories – Special Notes

  • All supplied components (e.g., mounting screws, adapters) must be included.
  • Water bottles can only be returned if they are unused, dry, and odor-free.

Return shipping costs & refund

  • Returns are free of charge for orders over €50.
  • For goods valued at less than €50, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
  • After successful verification, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
    via the originally used payment method

The original shipping costs will be refunded under the statutory right of withdrawal.
