PERFECT KINEMATICS: The epitome of a trail bike, the Stumpjumper 15 Alloy combines efficiency with optimal management of impact forces. When it comes to anti-squat, we found a balance between the previous Stumpjumper and the Stumpjumper EVO, both of which had excellent pedaling characteristics.
REFINED GEOMETRY: This bike's geometry offers great capability when it matters, a nimble ride in tight passages and lively, efficient climbing behavior. The generous cockpit centers you on the bike and optimizes traction and cornering control. The low bottom bracket, slack head angle and optimized fork offset ensure stability in the rough.
RIDE HOW YOU WANT: The Stumpjumper 15 Alloy seamlessly integrates cutting-edge geo-adjustability, making it the most personal trail bike ever. Six different geometry settings allow you to fine-tune performance for any riding style and terrain. Head angle and bottom bracket can be fine-tuned for stability or ground clearance.
FORM FOLLOWS FUN: We can make a frame as stiff as we want, but too stiff isn't good either. Becoming one with the bike requires deliberate flexibility in the frame. We designed the M5 aluminum chassis - front triangle, rear triangle and the connection between them - as a single unit that achieves our stiffness goal for trail riding.
WHEEL SIZE: All models with steel suspension are equipped with mixed wheels.
WHEEL CHOICE: Our aftermarket shock links let you choose between large wheels front and rear, or a mix with a 27.5" rear wheel for a more responsive and playful ride. Whatever you choose, the geometry remains the same.
