What if we took all of our accumulated experience from the last 46 years of serving riders and built a road bike that was built for the love of riding? The Aethos design masters the balancing act of perfect ride quality, extremely low weight and undeniable style. And the Aethos Sport is no exception. The reliable construction with the low-maintenance Shimano 105 gears, hydraulic disc brakes and ultra-durable DT Swiss R470 Disc wheels has everything to inspire you on the road.

The Aethos frame is the perfect combination of ultimate ride feel, low weight and unparalleled style. From acceleration on steep climbs to technical descents to incredible comfort on even the longest coffee rides, the Aethos always hits the mark. But how does it do it? With the help of a supercomputer, we optimized the traditional road bike shape of older bikes in a completely new way. The shapes were subtly changed to offer massive advantages in stiffness and balance without negatively affecting weight or durability. Combined with our completely new layup process, perfected over decades, this created the lightest frame available. The 56-inch S-Works model weighs just 585 grams. The Aethos is more than just a new bike, it is the first of a new breed of bike.

A featherweight frame is useless without confidence-inspiring handling. That's why we designed the Aethos to have exceptional handling qualities and to find the perfect balance of stiffness within the bike. In addition, extensive testing of the flexibility of carbon fiber has given us groundbreaking insights into how forces are distributed within a bike frame. After you pedal the first few times, you'll find that the exceptional handling sets a new standard.

Every detail, from the derailleur hangers to the fork crown, is designed with style, weight and durability in mind. We even used Roval's brand new Alpinist seatpost to save even more weight and further improve ride quality. Everything about this bike strives for the perfect ride.
