Muc Off Tubeless Valves Big Bore Lite
Seit 2018 treibt Muc-Off die Innovation bei Tubeless-Ventilen voran. Mit den V1- und V2-Ventilen freuen sie sich, die dritte Auflage der Big-Bore-Ventile auf den Markt zu bringen. Die Ventile bleiben ein integraler Bestandteil der Pannenschutz-Kategorie, die für jeden von Muc-Off ein wichtiges Anliegen ist.
Das Ziel, die aktuelle Ventilkategorie zu erneuern, besteht aus drei Hauptzielen: maximale Leistung und hoher Luftdurchsatz, eine einfache Anwendung beim Aufpumpen und Einfüllen der Dichtungsmasse ohne Demontage des Ventils sowie eine einfache Instandhaltung.
Die neuen Big-Bore-Ventile erreichen diese Ziele und setzen neue Maßstäbe in der Ventiltechnologie. Sie wurden entwickelt, um ein maximales Aufblasen des Reifens zu ermöglichen, ohne dass ein Ventileinsatz erforderlich ist, der oft verstopft, und bieten dem Benutzer die Möglichkeit, den Reifendruck fein einzustellen. Sie setzen neue Maßstäbe bei schlauchlosen Reifensystemen mit hohem Luftdurchsatz und einem einfachen Mantra: Volle Bohrung + Kein Kern = Wahnsinniger Luftdurchsatz.
Die Kugelventilkonstruktion und der integrierte Hebel ermöglichen ein schnelles Öffnen und Schließen des Ventils für eine mühelose Kontrolle des Luftstroms und sogar eine Feinabstimmung des Drucks während der Fahrt. Das geradlinige Innendesign sorgt für maximalen Luftstrom und erleichtert gleichzeitig das Auftragen von Dichtungsmaterial. Das Big Bore Lite bietet dank der durchgehenden Bohrung einen bis zu 230 % höheren Luftdurchsatz als herkömmliche Presta-Ventile.
Gefertigt aus CNC-gefrästem 7075 Flugzeugaluminium und mit einem Kugelventil aus Edelstahl, ist dieses voll wartungsfähige Ventil so gebaut, dass es auch den härtesten Fahrten standhält – egal unter welchen Bedingungen.
