The Mondraker Crafty Carbon R 2025 is an outstanding e-mountain bike that combines the latest technology with sophisticated design to give you an unparalleled riding experience.
frame and suspension
The Crafty Carbon R's frame consists of a Stealth Air Carbon front frame and a Stealth Alloy rear triangle. This design integrates the updated Zero Suspension System, which offers 150 mm of rear travel for optimal shock absorption. Up front, the bike is equipped with a 160 mm suspension fork, which gives you additional control on challenging trails.
drive and battery
The Crafty Carbon R is powered by the latest 5th generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which impresses with 85 Nm of torque and 600 W peak power. The energy is supplied by a removable 800 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery, which gives you sufficient range on long journeys. For even longer tours, you can optionally use the Bosch PowerMore Range Extender with an additional 250 Wh capacity.
geometry and size adjustment
Mondraker uses Forward Geometry with a flat 64.5° head angle and a steep 77.95° seat angle, which ensure stability at high speeds and efficient pedaling. A new feature is the adjustment of the chainstay length to the frame size: for sizes S, M and M/L it is 455 mm, while for L and XL it is extended to 465 mm to ensure consistent handling across all sizes.

The Crafty Carbon R is equipped with high-quality components, including a Shimano DEORE XT 12-speed drivetrain for precise gear shifting and Shimano XT four-piston brakes with 203 mm discs for powerful braking performance. The Mavic E-Deemax 29" wheels are fitted with MAXXIS Minion DHF and DHR II tires in size 2.6", which offer you excellent grip and puncture protection.
Special features
A highlight of the Crafty Carbon R is the option to choose between two battery variants: the 800 Wh battery for maximum range and the lighter 600 Wh battery for more agile handling. The bike also has a flip-chip system that allows you to adapt the geometry to your riding style by changing the bottom bracket height and the angles of the head and seat tube.
