Mit dem FOCUS SAM 8 gehört das Anstehen für Lift und Shuttle offiziell der Vergangenheit an. Alles an dieser Maschine ist designed for down. Das Bike mag leise und frei von störenden Geräuschen sein, aber das FOCUS SAM 8 schreit nach Speed und lässt dich die härtesten Trails an der Grenze des Möglichen fahren. Es ist dein E-MTB, wenn dein Bike alles tun soll, außer dich zu bremsen. Denn das FOCUS SAM 8 wird deinen Ride auf ein neues Niveau heben. Das Enduro-Bike hat zahlreiche Downhill-orientierte Features: Es rollt auf Mullet-Laufrädern (vorne: 29"" / hinten: 27,5""), die Kinematik ist für Stahlfeder-Dämpfer optimiert und sowohl der Lenkwinkel als auch der Hinterbau sind verstellbar. Ein Display gibt es beim FOCUS SAM 8 natürlich nicht – keine Ablenkung, nur Shredden. Es ist entweder mit einem 600 Wh- oder einem 800 Wh-Akku erhältlich. Beide Akkus passen in den Rahmen – ganz ohne Umbau, nur durch eine andere Unterrohrabdeckung. Dazu sind alle Rahmen in allen Größen mit dem 250 Wh-Range-Extender kompatibel, was zu vier möglichen Akku-Konfigurationen von 600 bis hin zu satten 1050 Wh führt. Es ist das E-MTB für die härtesten Trails.."
