Speed Pedelecs set completely new standards in the area of urban mobility - and the Kathmandu Hybrid 45 sets new standards for speed Pedelecs. How does it do that? On the one hand, with its fourth generation Bosch Performance Line Speed motor with a full 85 Nm of torque in combination with a 750 Wh battery: endless power and range! The new 10-speed Deore LinkGlide gears from Shimano and a large 48T chainring bring this power to the road. The Suntour Mobie45 air suspension fork absorbs bumps from rough road surfaces like nothing. Braking is safe and controlled in any weather with the powerful hydraulic Magura disc brakes. We installed comfortably rolling, grippy, 55 mm wide Marathon E-Plus tires from Schwalbe. And thanks to the mudguards, the practical side stand, the torsion-resistant integrated luggage rack IC and the lighting system, you are always prepared for any journey.
Comfort, versatility and durability were a particular focus when developing the Kathmandu chassis - this applies to the classic men's frame as well as to the trapezoid version. Inside is the 750 Wh battery from Bosch for extra range, and our Efficient Comfort Geometry lives up to its name - so you can pedal comfortably and efficiently to your destination, no matter how far the journey may be. The integrated luggage rack IC 3.0 is just as stable as its predecessor, but now, together with the rear mudguard, fits even more harmoniously into the frame design - for an elegant, cool look. There's also space for everything you need to take with you when you're on the move!
