Castelli Emergency 2 Rain Jacket
Castelli's go-to jacket for rain protection, whether for all-day use or emergency use, as it can easily be packed into a jersey pocket. With understated styling and 360° reflectivity, it can also be used for the daily commute. As the name suggests, Castelli set out to create the ideal, simple emergency rain jacket. It's completely waterproof and compact, and, as you'd expect from Castelli, they've also given it an amazing fit on the bike, but it's still roomy enough to fit over a Gabba. It has all the features of a high-performance rain jacket, with a waterproof zip, extended back, long sleeves and cuffs that can be pulled over your gloves. But Castelli knew you didn't want to break the bank for this, so the only real compromise compared to the top models is breathability. The styling has been kept understated and a bright Fiery Red colourway has been added, so you can easily use this jacket as a commuter jacket and still look great when you get to the office. If you want to wear them over office attire, you should choose a size larger.
