The meticulously refined intermediate tread pattern is combined with the best rubber compounds, pushing the limits of performance to unprecedented levels. The shoulder lugs, adopted from the Tacky Chan, provide extended braking edges and excellent lateral force transmission. Thanks to the new radial casing, the tire significantly improves bump absorption and practically clings to the surface, as it can deform at specific points.
The casing threads, which run diagonally across the tire at a 45° angle on standard bicycle tires, are arranged at a significantly shallower angle on the Albert Gravity Pro. This technology, developed in the Downhill World Cup, is revolutionizing the MTB world. Primarily, this arrangement ensures that the casing material overlaps for a shorter time and with less tension. As a result, the tire deforms more precisely at specific points and can react much more flexibly and adaptably to uneven surfaces, without compromising safety. At the same air pressure, radial tires offer 30 percent more contact patch than conventional tires. The result is more grip, more damping, and more comfort.

Addix Ultra Soft Rubber Compound

TLR - Tubeless Ready
A new monofilament sidewall fabric offers three advantages over the previous standard: even better cut resistance, increased puncture resistance, and, most importantly, it enables extremely easy tubeless conversion. Sealant is required, but the installation itself is straightforward. With Schwalbe TLR tires, lengthy conversion processes involving intensive shaking and frequent reinflation are a thing of the past.
Note: Tires with a soft rubber compound offer more grip and a smoother roll. However, soft tires wear down faster and are more susceptible to wear.
