The Acid 240 Disc is a mountain bike every kid would love to own – lightweight, stable, and fully equipped with everything you need for action-packed off-road tours with friends or family. A Suntour suspension fork confidently and comfortably soaks up all the bumps and holes in rough terrain, while powerful hydraulic disc brakes with brake levers designed for children's hands grip firmly, allowing kids to stop their bikes in a controlled manner. Don't be afraid of steeper climbs: The wide-range Shimano 1x7 gear system allows for quick, easy, and smooth gear changes. So, let's go! The next off-road adventure awaits!
The Acid 240 Disc frame is constructed from the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tubing as our adult mountain bikes, making it just as robust and stable. However, we've tailored its proportions and weight to the needs of kids. Special mounts allow for the installation of easy-to-use disc brakes for powerful, safe stopping power.
Mudguards can also be attached – and a bottle cage ensures kids always have plenty of fluids on the go. Thanks to the good handling, designed for fun riding, youngsters will gain a lot of confidence. And because accidents can't always be avoided, we opted for an easily replaceable derailleur hanger, which saves time-consuming repairs after a crash or impact.
