Dear CUBE customer,

CUBE has issued a product notice regarding faulty crank bolts on certain 2025 model year bikes. In isolated cases, these bolts can loosen, potentially leading to the loss of the crank arm and a crash.

We as retailers take this information very seriously.

Bicycles that are currently being delivered are professionally reworked by our workshop in accordance with the official specifications of CUBE.

Improved models can be clearly identified by a white dot (Image 1 & Image 2) on the crank arm and are fully ready for use.

Customers who have already received their bicycles will be contacted directly during the coming week regarding the next steps.

Please note:

Use of the bicycle until the final inspection remains at your own risk.
