The Fuel+ is available in three distinct versions – each optimized for a specific driving style.
The Fuel+ EX , with its 29-inch wheels and 145/150 mm of travel (front/rear), prioritizes efficiency and balanced handling. It's the all-rounder for a wide range of riders and terrain – no wonder it's the standard configuration for the series.
For those who prefer more agility, the Fuel+ MX is the perfect choice: an agile mixed-wheel setup with a 27.5-inch rear wheel and a 29-inch front wheel, combined with 150/160 mm of travel and increased progression. Perfect for jump lines, side hits, and playful riding.
The Fuel+ LX offers maximum reserves – a long-travel 29er with a generous 160/170 mm of travel and a highly progressive spring curve. Ideal for rough terrain and, when combined with a coil shock, a true enduro machine.

Numbers only tell half the story: The new HPR60 in the Fuel+ not only delivers more power (350 W instead of 300 W) and more torque (60 Nm instead of 50 Nm) – it also unleashes its power at a lower cadence. This feels like an additional boost of over 10 Nm compared to the previous Fuel EXe generation.
The HPR60 has new cooling fins that regulate the temperature, providing more consistent support and better motor performance during long, hot climbs.
Larger battery, massive adventure
With the extra-powerful battery of the Fuel+, you can now extend your rides even further and enjoy them for longer. The removable 580Wh battery – identical to that of the Slash+ – offers a full 60% more range than the previous generation Fuel EXe. And best of all: it's not only larger, but also more efficient, so you can rack up even more kilometers on the trail per watt-hour.
Sleek and intuitive
The full-color display (only on the Fuel+ 9.8 and 9.9 models) looks cool and makes it easy to check engine values at a glance.
Trek Central
The Trek Central app lets you easily adjust support levels, check estimated range, plan and record tours – and sync your rides directly with apps like Strava or Komoot.
