VPP - Virtual pivot point
A look under the hood reveals a relatively low leverage ratio on the rear shock, unlike other Santa Cruz models. This is integrated into the kinematics of the VPP rear triangle to provide a damped, controlled feeling on longer trails, which in turn means less hassle with the shock.
fine-tuning
Wenn Du noch weiter gehst, dann wirst Du die Hi/Lo-Geo-Feinabstimmung, und die Möglichkeit einen 65mm Hub zu verwenden, um den Federweg hinten auf 170mm zu erhöhen, bemerken. Also nicht, dass Du es brauchen würdest…aber es ist für euch Tweaker gesorgt.
Glove box
Das letzte wichtige Feature ist die neue Glovebox. Hier kannst Du Werkzeuge, Ersatzteile, Fahrradhandschuhe oder einfach eine Tüte Gummibärchen transportieren. Das einzige was nicht hinein passt ist eine Flasche Bier…Wir haben den Test gemacht..
