UPGRADES & MATCHING ACCESSORIES
Troy Lee Designs D4 Composite Mips Helmet Flared
Always evolving. Thanks to an aerospace-derived shell design and high-quality materials, we were able to reduce the D4 Composite helmet to 1050 grams without sacrificing strength. The MIPS® C2 protection system adds an extra layer of safety in the event of a fall.
For superior comfort, the D4 Composite directs cooling air through a front air intake system that flows through the polymer center and a lateral power grid mesh, keeping your head cooler while riding. X-static® and XT2® antimicrobial/odor-resistant padding ensures a significantly more comfortable environment inside the helmet.
Material composition:
- Outer shell: 80% glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP)
- 10% Aramid (Kevlar®)
- 10% carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP)
- Inner shell: 100% expanded polystyrene (EPS)
- Lining: 100% Polyester (Headliner) // 75% Polyurethane
- 25% Polyester (Cheekpads)
- Visor: 100% polypropylene
- Screws: 100% polypropylene
- Double D-ring closure: 100% stainless steel
Hinweis
