Our popular Chamonix helmet has been updated. The new Chamonix 3 is our bike helmet for all riders embarking on their first adventures on and off-road with their new bikes. With its focus on safety and comfort, it's also ideal for commuting.
In terms of comfort, the Chamonix 3 naturally offers our easy-to-use adjustment system for a perfect fit, ventilation features from our S-Works helmets, and a removable visor. With the MIPS® system and a perfect score in the Virginia Tech® Helmet Rating™, it's every bit as safe as our high-end helmets. Furthermore, the S-Works design language gives the Chamonix 3 a sleek aesthetic – so you'll never even think about riding without a helmet.
4D VENTILATION: Following the success of the S-Works Evade 3 and S-Works Prevail 3, we are also giving the Chamonix 3 our 4D Brow Cooling technology: A smart air channel design that additionally directs the airflow over the entire head via a thin gap between helmet and forehead – for a comfortable head climate at all times, regardless of speed or exertion.
HELMET: The Chamonix 3 comes with an easily removable and reattached visor. The visor is practical for particularly sunny days. If you don't like the visor, you can simply remove it.
MIPS® SAFETY SYSTEM: The new Chamonix 3 relies on MIPS® Essential Core technology for safety. This low-friction shell inside the helmet can move 10 to 15 mm in all directions. It reduces the rotational forces caused by an impact and acting on the brain.
LEADING SAFETY: The Chamonix 3 received a 5 out of 5 star rating from the Virginia Tech® Helmet Rating™ by the internationally renowned Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
