1A Zufrieden mit meinem ersten ebike Einkauf online. Deshalb 5 Sterne.
Das Bike wurde etwas zu spät geliefert, was wahrscheinlich der hohen Nachfrage im Frühjahr geschuldet war.
Der Zusammenbau ging problemlos. Nur Lenker ausrichten und Pedale anschrauben. Hatte dann aber bereits nach 70 km einen Schaden im Freilauf. Wahrscheinlich Materialfehler (das kann passieren).
Der Kundenservice reagierte sofort und ich konnte mein Bike mit Kostenübernahme reparieren lassen.
Habe dann noch die Flow App aufs Handy geladen und mit dem Bosch Intuvia 100 aufgerüstet. Egal ob Straße, Feldwege oder auch holprige Strecken, das Bike reagiert gut und macht Laune.
Würde es wieder kaufen.

Sehr umsichtiger Service, auch als es Unstimmigkeiten bzgl meiner Lieferadresse gab. Das Rad war gut montiert, Fahrverhalten gefällt mir sehr. Single Click shifter nervt, lässt sich für kleines Geld tauschen, auch das Kettenblatt habe ich gg ein 2 Zähne größeres getauscht. Pedale sowieso 😄
