Dank moderner, kabelloser Steuerung, perfekter Funktionalität, einem 12-fach-Antrieb und der gewohnt herausragenden Verarbeitungsqualität wirst du von Sieg zu Sieg fahren und der Konkurrenz ordentlich einheizen können.
Auch die neue XTR-Kurbel trägt ihren Teil dazu bei. Das markante, auffällige Design zeigt bereits auf den ersten Blick: Hier kommt ein Sieger. Die Cross-Country-Version überzeugt durch ihr geringes Gewicht bei gleichzeitig herausragender Steifigkeit. Möglich wird das durch die Weiterentwicklung des bewährten Kaltumformungsverfahrens von Shimano, das den Materialeinsatz deutlich optimiert und gleichzeitig eine hohe Stabilität gewährleistet. Zudem sorgt die harte Oberfläche für gute Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber äußeren Einflüssen oder aufgewirbelten Steinen. Der Hollowtech II-Standard sowie die einfache Montage des Kettenblatts mittels Lockring bleiben erhalten. Der Q-Faktor von 168 mm bietet Rennfahrern eine entspannte Beinposition – und auch bei etwas breiteren Hinterbauten berühren die Kurbelarme nicht die Kettenstreben.
