Nie war die Straße heller: Das Abblendlicht der LIGHTHAMMER PREMIUM bringt satte 200 Lux auf den Aspahlt! Wird noch mehr Sicht benötigt kann der Fernlicht-Modus mit 250 Lux per Lenkerschalter zugeschaltet werden. Bei der starken Lichtleistung des Scheinwerfers, ist die korrekte Ausrichtung besonders wichtig. In der LIGHTHAMMER PREMIUM ist eine Level-Funktion integriert, die bei der korrekten Einstellung hilft (siehe Abbildungen rechts unten).
Tagsüber wird der Fahrer durch eine gut sichtbares Tagfahrlicht unterstützt. Dank eines Sensors wird zwischen Tagfahrlicht und Abblendlicht automatisch hin- und hergeschaltet.
Auch der Umweltgedanke kommt nicht zu kurz: um den Akku bei der hohen Leistung zu schonen, schaltet der Scheinwerfer bei Stillstand in den Warte-Modus. Die Lichtleistung wird bis zum wieder anfahren um 50% reduziert. Im City-Modus erkennt der Scheinwerfer künstliche Lichtquellen, wie z.B. Straßenbeleuchtung, die Lichtleistung wird um 25% reduziert. Warte- und City-Modus können an- und ausgeschaltet werden.
