UPGRADES & MATCHING ACCESSORIES
Shimano Brake Disc SHIMANO XTR RT-MT905 180mm 6-bolt
With Ice-Tech cooling technology, the RT-MT905 brake disc ensures consistent braking performance even on long descents. The brake disc features a three-layer sandwich construction. The stainless steel flanks with an aluminum core offer significantly improved heat dissipation. This allows the temperature to be reduced by around 100 °C. In addition, the FREEZA aluminum cooling fins reduce the system temperature by a further 50 °C due to their increased surface area. Thanks to the higher heat dissipation, smaller brake discs than usual can be used. Furthermore, the service life of the brake pad is significantly extended.
Mounting bolts are already included in the scope of delivery. Additionally, small shims are included, which should be placed underneath as a loosening protection.
