- MX (Mixed Wheels) – the best of both worlds: Wheel mix (also known as "mullet"), here a 29-inch front wheel is combined with a 27.5-inch rear wheel. The leading 29-inch wheel creates a large contact patch, which generates plenty of traction and improves rollover performance. Meanwhile, the smaller diameter rear wheel offers more clearance (which is significant for riders with shorter limbs) and enables more agile handling. The result is a bike that still feels like a 29er, but is easier and more efficient to maneuver on the trail.

Sizing Recommendation
- The right frame size: If you are between two frame sizes, we recommend that you test both options. As a reference point, you can compare the reach and stack values with your current bike or other known bikes you feel comfortable on.
- Personal preferences: With a larger frame, you have more stability and composure. You also get more room to move on the bike, with less impact on balance. With a larger frame, you have a slightly longer wheelbase, which provides additional safety and stability. Therefore, it requires more body effort and a slightly more active riding style to steer the bike. Smaller bikes feel more agile and react faster to rider input. Consider what suits your riding style better. Should the bike be agile and active? Or more stable and composed? Do you want to exert more or less effort to move the bike on the trail?
- Body proportions: Even with the same height, everyone's body is different. If you have a relatively short torso and long legs, we would advise going for the smaller frame size. If you have a long torso and long arms, you should tend towards the larger frame.
