It is an incredible 40% larger than the Kiox 300. You have a better overview of your information, especially on demanding descents and in hectic traffic. Since the new Bosch SX is also suitable for e-gravel and e-racing bikes, the Mini Remote Dropbar is now available for thicker handlebars. It was specially developed for dropbar handlebars and has a diameter of 31.8 mm. The control unit is mounted to the left of the stem and, in perfect interaction with the system controller, the CompactTube 400 battery and the Performance Line SX drive, is the ideal choice for particularly light and sporty e-bikes.

Furthermore, the sprint mode in the smart system is an innovation. Here you get dynamic support with increasing cadence - for faster sprints and frequent climbs. It was developed primarily for the new Bosch Performance Line SX. Here it is used for sporty eGravelling and eRoad driving.

Electronic switching in the smart system is also new. Shift electronically and experience smooth, perfectly coordinated gear changes. With eShift, the reliable hub gear from Rohloff always shifts at the optimal time; the motor support is reduced for a few milliseconds. The gear can be changed even under heavy load. The gearshift recommendations in the Bosch displays Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 as well as Intuvia 100 help you choose the right gear. But Bosch has also developed a hub gear with eShift technology together with 3x3.

But there is not only a new electronic circuit in the smart system, but also automatic shifting with eShift. Bosch has developed this with the enviolo brand. This is where enviolo AUTOMATIQ technology comes into play. The desired cadence is set in the eBike Flow app or on the Bosch display Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 and the stepless enviolo gearshift with eShift reacts fully automatically. Your customer always rides in the right gear with a consistent cadence.

From now on, Bosch will also have the Flow+ app. Here you have even more functions than in the normal version. With the Plus version you get additional theft protection. The eBike alarm activates automatically when you turn off your e-bike.

From 2024 it will also be possible to combine two batteries. The dual battery function is the perfect solution for tours, long distances and load transport.

This means you can park worry-free and always know where your bike is. This means you always have an overview of your park location and security status. If someone moves your bike without a valid key, your e-bike will emit an acoustic and visual alarm via the LEDs. Thanks to the intelligent motion detection, a distinction is also made between how much your bike is moving. If there is strong movement, you will also receive a message on your smartphone. This means you will only be notified in relevant situations and can call the police in an emergency. After the one-time installation, your smartphone serves as a valid key.
