UPGRADES & MATCHING ACCESSORIES
SQ-lab 6 1/2 Ergowave Flames
6½ bicycle saddles for children: this is no easy undertaking, as there is more that can go wrong than right here. After 20 years of experience in saddle manufacturing and ergonomics, we are finally venturing into children's saddles and launching a Kids Line in 2023. As you have come to expect from SQlab, our children's saddles are also available in different widths: 9 cm and 11 cm.
Through extensive research and development work, we have determined that the age of the child roughly corresponds to the sit bone distance in an upright position: * Children up to 9 years old: 9 cm * Children from 9 years old: 11 cm We also offer the "little ones" all the ergonomic advantages that we at SQlab have been practicing for years in our children's saddles.
The children's saddle comes in three cool designs: * OX Design: Perfect for matching with the 6OX ERGOWAVE® saddle. * Flames Design: Ideal for budding firemen and firewomen. * Racing Design: For young racers who love speed. The Kids-Line is also completed by a matching handlebar (3 ½) and new grips (7 ½), which are specially tailored to a smaller upper body and smaller hands. This makes the riding experience even more comfortable and safer for children. We developed our own Kids-Line in collaboration with SDG.
In doing so, we worked intensively on the ergonomics of the products and incorporated our extensive know-how. An important aspect of our collaboration is the compatibility of our products, so that even the little ones have a diverse selection available.
