The SLX cassettes are available in 10-45T or 10-51T options. If you're looking for the smallest possible gear jumps, the 10-45T cassette is the best choice. Or if you need the widest possible gear range, then the 10-51T version is the way to go. Both feature HYPERGLIDE+ technology, which guarantees equally high shifting speed, precision, and smooth operation when shifting up or down, and contributes to an extremely quiet drivetrain. The cassettes have an aluminum spider construction, and the largest cog is also made of aluminum, contributing to weight reduction as well as robustness and durability.

Formed from the same DNA as its big siblings XTR and DEORE XT, the SLX delivers quality and performance to all those who discover the passion for mountain biking that only SHIMANO can guarantee at this level.

For the new 12-speed cassettes, SHIMANO has redesigned the freehub design of the SLX M7100 and uses the new MICRO SPLINE technology for this purpose.
