Because you can always make good things better, the popular backpack now has a padded laptop compartment, even more sustainable, practical details - a little brother, a big sister and additional material. The messenger bag style backpack has been one of the most popular ORTLIEB products for years. It is simply unbeatable for daily use at school, study, sports and leisure time - and for the way to work. The Velocity is robust and waterproof and its special trademark is the distinctive back padding, which ensures good rear ventilation. Now the carrying system, especially the shoulder straps, has been ergonomically optimized - for an even more comfortable wearing experience. The hip belt is easily adjustable and even completely removable.
Access and packing are wonderfully easy thanks to the roll-up Velcro fastener. For example, if the Velcro flap is worn out after many years of intensive use, you can send your Velocity to ORTLIEB, have the flap replaced and give your backpack a new life. All components of the backpack are easy to replace or repair. This makes the Velocity a sustainable, lifelong companion. The interior has been redesigned: In addition to the large zipped inner compartment, the Velocity now also has a padded laptop compartment.
And the biggest innovation is: The Velocity is now also available in smaller and larger sizes. With a volume of 17 L or 23 L and the new features, there really is something for everyone in the Velocity backpack family. Because if you want to do without the classic tarpaulin look, you now also have the option of getting the Velocity PS in PU-coated nylon fabric.
The edge protection on the lower corners protects against wear. A rear light or a bicycle helmet can also be attached to the Velcro flap. Like all ORTLIEB products, of course sustainably made in Germany
