UPGRADES & MATCHING ACCESSORIES
Ortlieb Velocity | Backpacks
The messenger bag-style backpack has been one of ORTLIEB's most popular products for years. It is simply unbeatable for everyday use at school, university, during sports and leisure time - and for the way to work. The Velocity is robust and waterproof and its special trademark is the distinctive back padding, which ensures good ventilation. Now the carrying system, especially the shoulder straps, has been ergonomically optimized - for an even more comfortable carrying experience.
The hip belt is easily adjustable and can even be removed completely. Access and packing are wonderfully easy thanks to the roll-up Velcro fastener. If the Velcro flap is worn out after many years of intensive use, you can send your Velocity to ORTLIEB, have the flap replaced and give your backpack a new lease of life. This makes the Velocity a sustainable, lifelong companion. The interior has been redesigned: In addition to the large zipped inner compartment, the Velocity (all models) now also has a padded laptop compartment. And the biggest innovation is: the Velocity is now also available in small(er) and extra large.
With its 17 L volume, this backpack is ideal for smaller people or for anyone who needs less space for their belongings. The 29L version offers plenty of space for anyone who needs to transport more, as well as an outside pocket. The classic 23L offers a middle ground. Whether big or small - the Velocity is definitely a purchase for life!
