Ergon GP1-L Evo
Ergon has made the best wing grip of all time even better. The consistent further development of the GP1 stands for maximum hand comfort, optimal pressure distribution, and the highest, non-toxic material quality. With this Evo version of the multi-award-winning comfort original, Ergon sets a new standard for ergonomic, pain-free cycling on touring and fitness bikes. For the first time, design, development, and manufacturing are "Made in Germany." This enables even more targeted and sustainable implementation of the claim to deliver the highest quality down to the smallest detail, while minimizing production time.
Here as a large version for hand sizes 7.5 to 10.5, or for a grip circumference of 102 mm.
Features
- Made in Germany – Highest quality, short routes, greater sustainability: Design, development, and manufacturing – everything in the GP1 Evo is "Made in Germany." This guarantees the highest standards across all manufacturing processes: maximum product quality, short transport routes, fast delivery times, and secure supply chains. The use of recycled plastics also ensures a high level of sustainability.
- Unique rubber grips – Free from harmful substances and SGS-certified: The LongLife rubber compounds of the GP1 Evo meet the highest quality standards, are free from harmful substances, and SGS-certified. They even comply with German toy and food standards – ideal for touring riders with direct skin contact.
- Extremely secure and easy to install – Forged aluminum clamp for the perfect grip: The high-quality outer clamp made of forged aluminum allows for continuous, individual adjustment of the wing angle. The screw is located on the underside and remains invisible while driving.
- High-tech hand flatterer – precise laser textures for every grip area: The innovative laser surfaces ensure optimal grip comfort by adapting perfectly to the hand and the individual grip areas.
- Comfortable, stable, sustainable – Inner core made of recycled plastic with glass fibers: The inner core provides stability, dampens vibrations, and ensures high comfort. The GP1 Evo uses recycled plastic with glass fiber reinforcement for a durable, ergonomic shape.
- "Formula Froböse" quality seal – The GP1 Evo has received the "Recommendable" rating according to the scientifically sound "Formula Froböse." This seal stands for improved quality of life, health, and comfort while cycling.
- A 20-year success story – From the original wing grip to the GP1 Evo: The Ergon GP1 has been the benchmark for bicycle wing grips for two decades. Proven millions of times over and awarded multiple times, the original has been further developed and taken to a new level with the Evo version.
-
Optimal control through suitable sizes – To ensure you have a secure grip on your bike, the GP1 Evo is available in two sizes:
- Small (for glove sizes 6.5–8.5)
- Large (for glove sizes 8.5–10.5)
-
Suitable for every type of circuit – The GP1 Evo is available in different versions:
