Lifetime Frame Warranty
At Santa Cruz we attach great importance to the quality and durability of the products. However, should a defect occur, the original owner will be replaced with all defective frames or frame parts for life. The prerequisite for this is a Warranty Registration Form that has been completed promptly after purchase; frames and bicycles that were purchased before May 1st, 2015 are excluded (a 5-year guarantee applies to these). Custom paintwork and designs cannot be considered.

Lifetime Bearing Warranty
Santa Cruz will replace any defective or worn bearings for the original owner for as long as the bike is in their possession. To do this, simply visit the dealer where the bike/frame was purchased or fill out this form completely and submit it: Warranty Bearing Replacement Form, Please note: Santa Cruz only replaces the materials, any work that occurs must be carried out professionally and may incur costs.
