• The Rockhopper's durable A1 aluminum frame is the heart of the bike. It features hydroformed top and down tubes to reduce weight and increase strength, while the lower standover height creates more clearance. There is also an internal cable routing with a clean look and compatibility for a Vario seat post.
• With the goal of ensuring that the Rockhopper offers both the best fit and the best performance for every rider - regardless of size - we have paired each frame size with the optimal wheel size. The result is a Rockhopper that suits every rider and the certainty that every bike rolls on the optimal wheels.
• The lockout-equipped SR Suntour XCM with special multi-circuit damping introduces our Rx Tune in the Rockhopper for the first time. With suspension travel and spring rates that depend on the frame size and at the same time consistent geometry and handling, the bike offers the best chassis performance - regardless of frame or wheel size.
• The hydraulic SRAM Level disc brakes bite hard, but deliver their power in a finely controlled manner, thus offering an overall package in a class of its own.
• A durable 1-speed drive from MicroSHIFT with a high bandwidth shifts easily and, together with the built-in cage damping, offers noiseless driving behavior.
