We developed the new Allez Sprint by cannibalizing the Tarmac SL7. We took the Tarmac apart and rebuilt it from aluminum alloy using our Smartweld technology. We used all the innovations and insights we gained during development to create the new Allez Sprint. Details like the most complex aluminum head tube we've ever made and integrated cables mean it's 41 seconds faster over 40km than the previous Allez Sprint. This is a real facelift. At 41 seconds you'd have a podium photo on your Insta feed, so to speak.
• Whether you're sprinting out of the final corner or attacking like a young Italian at the Giro, the Allez Sprint with its one-piece bottom bracket and downtube offers the uncompromising efficiency of aluminum alloy with unparalleled stability. • One innovation helps us more than any other to improve the aerodynamics, power transmission and handling of the new Allez Sprint: Smartweld. It wasn't enough for us to build the fastest bikes in the world out of carbon. We hydroformed the bottom bracket and downtube from a single aluminum tube, built our most complex aluminum head tube ever, and then assembled the whole thing with Smartweld. This makes the Allez Sprint the first aluminum superbike.
