We throw everything we've learned over the years of developing high-quality full-suspension carbon bikes into the racetrack to pack as little (weight) into the Blur frame as possible. The slim frame and super-efficient Superlight™ suspension are the key to converting muscle power into propulsion.

But the Blur isn't just for short track cross country. Two water bottle holders in the main frame supply even the thirstiest racer. And the high-quality workmanship and stable carbon construction promise a worry-free life in multi-day races - that means there are no fiddly solutions or special parts that could leave you stranded in the paddock at Cape Epic or the Transalp. The carbon frame is super light but still robust. And as with all of our bikes, we stand behind your ambitions with the Santa Cruz Lifetime Guarantee and the Rider Support team with a full promise of quality.

While the Blur doesn't guarantee victory, it is the lightest full-suspension carbon XC bike we've ever built. The frame is 289g lighter than its predecessor (the complete bike only weighs 10kg). And that can make all the difference, whether in the sprint for first place... or just to reach the finish line of your personal challenge.
