Thanks to the special mineral composition, the five essential electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium and chloride help to quickly balance the mineral and fluid balance, especially during and after exercise. This product is therefore suitable for shorter training sessions when carbohydrate intake is not absolutely necessary to maintain performance.
