With us you have even 30 days after receipt of your goods free of charge and without explanation to send back to us. Your right of withdrawal from our cancellation policy remains untouched and the following points and the extension to 30 days apply only supplementary and in addition. When using the pick up service of the freight forwarder GO! Express & Logistics a one-time cost of 39,90,-€ will be charged.
RETOURE OF BIKES WITH HARTMANN
.For your return, we offer you the pick-up service of the forwarding company Hartmann (one-time cost of 39,90,-€). Please keep the Liquid-Life shipping box for this purpose! If we have to send you the box again, we charge this with 20€.
.Attention!
The return shipping of your freight usually takes 2 - 4 business days. In addition, we need 1-2 days time to unpack and inspect the bike. This is done by our master workshop and then hand over your returned goods to the service. Please note that the refund of a purchase amount is only possible where a payment receipt has also been posted.
FRAMEWORK CONDITIONS FOR PICK UP SERVICE BY SPEDITION GO! EXPRESS & LOGISTICS
- The freight forwarder requires a 2-day lead time for service. Example: If you want to make a pick up appointment for Wednesday, Monday is the last chance to request the service for Wednesday.
- Pick up of your goods after 2pm is not possible.
- Plane a time window of 3 hours in which the pick up service comes to you. During this time you should be at home and be reachable by phone.
- Avoid a pick up on Friday.
- The collection of your cargo is possible at your desired address.
- Please prepare the shipping box for return shipping. Pack the goods well, so that they do not take any damage on the way back. Because: damage due to improper packaging during return shipping can be claimed.
- For the return shipment with pick-up service, you will be charged a one-time cost of 39,90.-€
