PAYMENT TYPES
We at Liquid-Life offer you a variety of payment methods with which you can shop in our online store. To make it easier for you to choose the right payment method, we have listed all the payment methods we offer with a short explanation. So you get an overview and can choose the best option for you.
Please always include your order number as the reason for payment.
If after completing an order you decide to use a different payment method than the one specified in your order, please cancel the first order and place a new order using the correct payment method.
PREPAYMENT
If you would like to transfer the invoice amount to us in advance, we will reserve your shopping cart for you after receiving your order. You will receive an order confirmation with the amount to be transferred and our bank details. Please note that it may take some time until the amount is credited to our account.
If you return your goods, we will refund you the purchase amount to the account from which you transferred to us.
CREDIT CARD
We accept MasterCard and VISA. When ordering, you enter the card number, expiration date and verification number in our form. Then your data will be transmitted via SSL secure connection. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. This way your order can be processed immediately. As soon as we hand over your goods to our shipping service provider, we will confirm this step in an e-mail.
If you return your goods, we will refund the purchase amount to your credit card account.
PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT (KLARNA)
With Klarna we offer you the possibility to buy your goods on account. During the order process you only have to enter your personal data in our form. On this basis Klarna carries out an identity and credit check. With the shipment of your goods you will receive the invoice, which you pay within a period of 14 days. In addition to the invoice amount we charge a fee of 2,90 € for an invoice purchase with Klarna. Furthermore, the delivery of the goods is only possible to the billing address. The billing or shipping address must be the same as your registered address.
If you return an item after paying your invoice, you will get the amount back by filling out a refund form. the form will be sent to you by e-mail. The receipt of your data via the form will be confirmed in an email, the refund will be made within 14 days. For amounts over 3,000 € we need in addition to the form a deposit confirmation, which shows the date, the payee and sender.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
PayPal is an online payment service that you will be redirected to at the end of the order process at Liquid-Life. If you are already a PayPal user, you can log in to your PayPal account with your login data. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, simply open a free account. Here you can enter your bank details, which you would like to use for payment. It takes a few minutes until we receive your payment via PayPal. When we receive your payment, we will take action and bring your goods on the way to you.
If you return your goods, we will refund the purchase amount to your PayPal account.
PAYMENT BY AMAZON PAY
You can pay with Amazon Pay. The payment method of Amazon offers you a high degree of security when buying on the Internet, because Amazon guarantees the same buyer protection with its payment service as with a purchase made directly through Amazon. If you already have an account with Amazon, select the button "Login with Amazon" to pay with this payment method. Then you log in with your password and your email address, which is stored for your Amazon account. There is no need to enter address or account information at this point.
IMMEDIATE TRANSFER
Sofortüberweisung is a direct transfer method in which you make the payment during the ordering process in your usual online banking account with your PIN and your TAN procedure. This means that you do not have to register separately for the payment service. Sofortüberweisung is TÜV-certified and transmits your data SSL-encrypted.
If you return your goods, we will refund the purchase amount to the account from which you have transferred to us.
