The Yeti SB5.5 combines the outstanding features of a trail bike with those of an all-mountain and gravity bike. Designed for challenging uphills and gnarly downhills, the Yeti SB5.5 quickly advanced to become the training bike of the in-house test team. Thanks to the sophisticated frame design with shortened chainstays and aggressive chassis specifications, the 29" mountain bike impresses with agile handling and directional stability on fast downhills. For a perfect balance of the bike, the fork has an offset of 51 millimeters, the steering angle is 66.5 °.

With offset is the distance between the control axis and wheel axle - the 51 mm offset ensure more playfulness when driving. The patented Switch Infinity rear triangle system with 148 mm Boost Standard grants the rider 140 mm of suspension travel at its finest. The Yeti SB5.5 models are offered with a frame made of carbon or high modulus carbon - the latter is used in the TURQ series. The individual models are completed with the highest quality parts. Yeti SB5: Trail-loving all-mountain bike for maximum fun

The Yeti SB5 is exactly how a perfect trail bike should be: Nimble uphill, agile on the trail and dominating downhill. Let's make it short: This bike with 127 mm travel conveys driving pleasure par excellence! The driving pleasure is the 27.5 inch virtually laid in the cradle: Born on the flowing trails in Colorado, the SB5 is the perfect implementation of an all-mountain bike. The slim frame shape with metric shock and Boost standard represents the most modern state of frame development. Of course, all lines run through the frame, which ensures a clean look as well as maximum protection.

The Yeti SB5 TURQ is offered in two colors and with three equipment options. Depending on the requirements of the biker, XT, X01 Eagle or XX1 Eagle components are available for selection. The lightweight of the series is the Yeti SB5 TURQ XX1 Eagle with a fantastic weight of 11.93 kilograms. Also available is the SB5 as a C variant with XT/SLX or Eagle equipment.
