ION Pads E-Traze black
More than protection from abrasions without immediately feeling like armor - that's the E-Traze. The very flexible and super thin SAS-TEC padding (EN 1621-1, Level 1) guarantees more protection against abrasion and absorbs light impacts. For more reliability in terms of protection, the pad has been applied directly to the fabric so that everything stays in place during a fall. Thanks to the robust and breathable Super_Perforator_Neoprene, the E-Traze fits individually to the elbow (Ionic_Fit). With the help of the Snug_Loop the protector stays exactly where it belongs without slipping. Fine_Mesh Parts provide even more ventilation and heat exchange. So nothing stands in the way of a pleasant day on the trails with schooners on!
- New, very flexible & super thin SAS-TEC padding (EN 1621-2, Level 1): With the latest generation SAS-TEC plates, a dream of our developers has come true: They are super light and thin, very flexible as well as certified according to EN1621-2, Level 1. Did we mention that they withstand even multiple impacts and cleaning and are the choice par excellence for upward pedaling anyway?
- Super_Perforator_Neoprene: Very flexible, particularly robust and above all very air-permeable neoprene. Of course not to be compared with mesh material, but in terms of neoprene it is the most air-permeable we currently use.
- Ionic_Fit: The human body is neither cylindrical nor symmetrical. We use our expertise from developing skintight wetsuits to create anatomical, close-fitting pads.
- Fine_Mesh: Elastic and lightweight mesh material for optimal ventilation and freedom of movement.
- Power_Aramid: Power_Aramid is a synthetic fiber originally developed by DuPont. It has since found versatile applications, for example in bulletproof helmets, tires and bowstrings. The material offers outstanding qualities in terms of tear and abrasion resistance. And is thus perfectly suited for protectors.
